Arlen Card Law Firm PC was created in 2002 by attorney Arlen L. Card.
Arlen and his wife Jennifer are parents of six wonderful children and, to date, 10 grandchildren. They are both professionals, with Arlen working in this law practice and as a university professor, and Jennifer being one of the leading tax accountants on the Wasatch Front (Certus Accounting & Tax Services, Orem).
Arlen litigated in the areas of business contracts, landlord-tenant law, and probate and estates for the first few years of his practice, then transitioned into prevention practice, drafting estates to help prevent disputes and unnecessary taxation, and contracts to help prevent litigation. He’s “a lot happier being the guardrail at the top of the ravine, rather than the ambulance at the bottom.”
